I have a 17P 4 blade stainless Solas Titan on my 2006 204SSi with the 5.0MPI and VP SX drive and it is awesome. It yanks anyone out of the water in nothing flat. I do notice that my top speed is only about 42MPH though. Another question though, my tach says I am at 5200RPM's at WOT and trimmed up a tad. I am not hitting the rev limiter but am I going to damage anything running this fast since the max RPM's for this motor is supposed to be 5000RPM.

Yes keep your rpm at or below the 5,000.Just throttle back a little or drop an inch increase pitch an inch or two_One inch will yield ABOUT 200 rpm.
