Over-ride tilt down on SX drive?

[Just Push Play]

For some reason (probably a relay or switch issue) I am not able to trim down my Volvo-Penta SX out drive. The up works. Is there any way to get the drive down so that I can get the boat out of the water?

It is a '97 w/ 3.0GS

Disconnect the 2 wires that go from the motor to the relay/breaker box.

Touch the green motor wire to battery + and the blue motor wire to - for down, blue on + and green on - for up.
