89 Alpha One 5.7<br />I'm trying to determine how to install an overheating alarm. I understand that the switch (sender) installs at the thermostat housing, but the temp gauge sender is installed there. Does anyone know how this works? I haven't bought the parts yet, just planning ahead. Any tips on the switch installation and preferred audible device (horn, buzzer, etc.) and location will be appreciated. Thanks!

Buy the pats first, they'll come with installation instructions. Most come with a warning horn, you can power it up prior to installation and let your hearing be your guide as to mounting location. I prefer to use a temp guage and my eyes, but I'm getting old and deaf!
