Looking for an owners amnual for a Minn Kota Mod 30AT. Contacted Minn Kota and they stated the motor was made in 1995. No manual available from them. Any help appreciated. Thanks. Jerry
The owners manual has no service information in it so it would have been of no use. In the MOM position the motor should run only when the "GO" pedal is stepped on. In the CONT position the motor will run all the time and you don't need to step on the pedal. Since the motor doesn't work in the MOM position but does in the CONT position, I would suspect the "GO" switch is bad although either switch can cause the problem. A voltmeter will tell you which one is malfunctioning. Simply check for power in and power out on the switch.
