Re: Paint

I used garage floor paint on the inside of my boat.
Don't laugh! It's very tough (has to withstand cars driving on it!) oil and fuel proof, has a non-slip additive, and is much cheaper than "proper" marine paints.
The only drawback is I could only find 3 colours, black, grey, and red. I went with the grey, but all the interior paint in my boat is hidden behind floors and trims so it didn't really matter too much what colour it was.

Re: Paint

We'll be doing the cabin and inside deck (cockpit) of our boat this comming winter. I have every intention of using Awl Grip, as we did not the outside of the hull. No reason not to stick with a winner

Thom

Re: Paint

Ultra tuff is the stuff to use , it has a non skid in it and best of all it's water based , easy clean up, 1 gallon covers approx 50 -60 sq ft

Richard
