Painting Pontoon fence paneling

I am not a fan of the maroon color of my fence paneling. I was thinking about going with a blue or purple. What kind of paint would be best for this?

Several factors to consider If the maroon paint is still in good shape the a light sanding with 80 grit and a wipe down with Acetone should be all that's needed if there are spots with bare spots of aluminum then self etching primer needs to be applied to all exposed areas check the last link in my signature line below for painting help
