Parker boats.

Do any of you guys own Parker boats?<br /><br />My dad,uncle and myself where looking at them yesterday at the Boston boat show.<br /><br />My dad and I liked what we saw, he is looking into buying one in the 25-27foot range.<br /><br />How do they hold up over time? Are the stringers glassed over?

If i were buying a mid 20ft fishing boat, i wouldn't settle for anything but a Parker. They are flat out the best bay boat there is. I may be wrong, but the stringers are not wood on Parkers? <br />In any case, if you want to talk to lots of other Parker owners, go to http://www.tidalfish.com/home.asp and hit the original bay forum there. Lots of owners there and they swear by them...

I don't understand, Mike.<br /><br />Why wound't you settle for a Parker?<br /><br />I have no idea it the stringers are wood or not, I just assumed they where.<br /><br />Do we have a owner out there?
