Part ID.

Hi Everyone

Trying to identify the four cables that lock into a unit under the stern near the housing and trim
on a 3.0 litre stern drive Volvo Penta 07 model
There seems to be a little oil weeping around that area,can someone help with it's function and purpose.

Their the ones,thanks Bondo.
I hear their expensive to replace as I have a little oil surrounding that area,cant believe how quick it happened.
Is their any maintenance I can do and how soon do they need to be repaired,
Can the boat be operated for a short while,not that I would,but it's good to know
where I stand.

Ayuh,.... Just like any other part on anything, it works til it don't,...

If ya don't fix 'em Now, it'll continue to loose oil, the drive will fall, 'n eventually water will enter the system, corrodin' the whole thing to junk,...
