parts for a 1955 25hp

thanks to cotterman I now know what year my motor is (1955).

now I need to find some place to get parts. I,m looking for the coils.

does anyone knoe were I can find parts for my motor?

I fixed up a '54 Johnson 25hp last year. Those coils are a dime a dozen to get. Available anywhere. Try iBoats here. They have em I believe. Should be $20-$25 each or so. Clean and gap your points when you're in there. Maybe change the wires and then your ignition system will be good to go.
