It would help if you listed exactly what engine, year, model, hp, etc.

Yeah Joe, I assumed it was for his 1979 35 HP, but he does have other motors. Need to list the motor as Joe suggested for proper info...

Mike, I gave you that link for the stator. do you have electric start??<br /><br /> Stator $233.00 Not cheap!! Maybe someone on here has one laying around. check motor salvage yards and dealers for blown up motors that you could salvage one off of.<br /><br />185.00 here:<br /><br />20/25/35<br />(E) 77-81 173-1651 $185 <br /><br /> seilermarine MUCH cheaper if manual start!!!<br /><br />Also, try E-Bay. The 35hp evinrude i need the sator for i exclude the year. The year is 1979
