patching screw holes

will be replacing carpeting in the off season ..is there a product to fill screww holes from the old seats, in the fiberglass floor before in stalling the new carpet ??

You can use the 2 part marine epoxy that you knead by hand and stuff it in the holes.....

cool thanks is that stuf like two color ribons of putty mixed together??

Yeah, walmart has marine epoxy potty, you could even use JB weld but, the marine epoxy dries light grey and blends well. Cheap too!

Are you putting the seats back in the same place? If so, you may want to move them just a tad so the screws bite into a fresh area of the floor, rather than the repaired holes. You'll probably find they will hold better if you do.
