PDF Download Problems

I have tried to download all of the manual repair booklets for the mercruiser, and none of them are downloading all the way. I don't know what the problem is with it, and why it's not downloading. I can download .pdf files from other websites that are 2gig in size, but these will not download all the way.​

Haven't heard too many problems with that. What exactly is happening?

I don't know it will only download about half the file and that's it. I've tried to download the file 4 times, and the most it would download is 659mb. I'm going to try it again on my other computer after I get linux installed on it and see if that helps out any.
