Peak RPM?

I've got a 86 model Evinrude 25 on my 14' flat bottom boat with a 10 1/4 x 13 prop, I recently changed from a 10X15 which was VERY sluggish out the hole but did decent on topend around 30mph. I was just making sure now what the rpm im running isnt to high, its around 5700-5800rpm. Not sure on the speed my GPS took a swim.

I info indicates 4,500-5,500.
