Pee hole conversion for 1976 Johnson 15hp??

could someone point me in the direction of the peehole conversion for the mid 70's Johnson/evinrude 9.9 and 15hp? i know I saw it on this forum, but now I can not find it. i finally got my 15hp running after countless hours working on the ignition. Replaced every ignition component, but the driver coil. Test today and runs, but still needs some fine tuning. I am also running some seafoam in the gas.
Any help on the peehole conversion I would greatly appreciate it.
