Unfortunately here in CA, all automotive fuel has ethanol in it including premium. Mandated because of oxygenation rules.

Buddy of mine is a chemical engineer for Chevron. Says it would be way simpler to do a change in pressure of automotive fuel injection to get the same oxygenation benefits of ethanol.

I agree bruce, however there is no money to be made turning corn into fuel if we do the smart thing like adjust fuel pressure or use direct injection. So guess where the root of the oxygenation rules start from?

New vehicle design, but I am sure you already knew that.

Regulator, depending on how much psi your pump is putting out......
