I have a 93' Wellcraft Excel with a Volvo Penta 572. What Chevy vehicle (model & year) would be the most exact cross reference for miscellaneous parts? I need a harmonic balancer, crankshaft pulley, distributor cap and rotor. Any help would be appreciated! Thanx

1993 suburban 5.7 is probably the closest but that doesn't mean you will find what you need as applications are all different.

And don't go putting car parts like starters, alternators and other electrical stuff on a boat. Big no-no.

Thanks for the info. I know that the electronics have to be for marine applications (tinned components to avoid corrosion), but mechanical parts or internal engine should be compatible. Is this correct?

your distributor will be a marine unit, most likely a prestolite.

the harmonic balancer and crank pulley will be from the GM industrial motors parts bin. The truck balancer should be the same.
