Penzoil marine oil 4 stroke question

I was in Walmart today looking for some marine oil for my 2007 9.9 Honda outboard. I had mobil 10-30w in my hand for 2.22/ quart when I came across the Penzoil Marine 4 stroke oil 1030w for 8.68/quart . Can someone tell me why it 8.68? Is it a better product or better suited for Honda? The Honda Manual calls for 10-30w detergent oil. Anyone? Thanks

The Pennzoil was probably full synthetic. It costs more. Put in the engine what's called for. Are you also positive the Mobil 10W-30 was not just standard automotive engine oil? Better look at the service markings carefully, especially if you still have warranty in effect.
