engine has cracked rings,after reading outboardjake's note about old chyrsler pisons, i'm not sure what to go back with::redface:

So what is the question? Do you want to put in new pistons and don't know what brand?

If so, you can't go wrong with Wiseco. They are forged pistons and far stronger than the stock cast ones. If the stock cast pistons have the semi-keystone rings, those rings tend to catch in the ports for absolutely no reason. Wiseco rings are superior to stock too.

Now some people swear that Wiseco pistons are "crap" and will not last. However, I have used a number of them and not had one problem.

If you don't want to spend the extra for Wiseco, then Sierra sells pistons at a cheaper price.
