Pitch and diameter

My stock prop is 13 7/8 x 19. It's on a 115 hp johnson fast strike motor. Seems the closest match would be a 14 x 19, more than likely aluminum due to the cost. Would this make much difference and what I be able to use the stock hardware when mounting this prop?

What brand prop are you running now? Is it SS? What brand are you looking at?<br /><br />The hardware should be the same unless youre using something like a modified Merc prop now and looking at something made specifically for the E/J.

Prop Im running now is the stock aluminum that came with the motor. I was looking either at hustler or michigan prop. Closest match to michigan is 14 1/4 x 19 and hustler is 14 x 19. I would like to run aluminum due to the cost being a lil lower.

Yep, those should work as long as they are for a V4. Usually a 14 1/4 is for a V6.
