Ok so i have a wellcraft classic 180 3.0l mercruiser. Right now it has a 14 x 19 prop on it. It has a hard time pulling skiers up out of the water so i was wanting to drop down to a 17p. What diameter should i go with?
A 17 should work fine for you. It should put rpm's near 4600 for you and should help with hole shot. If hole shot was real bad you may want to consider a 4 blade prop.
