I think we do not have enough information to make a guess. You'd need to somehow, convert a pump to a valve.

The first thing you would need to do is install a pump and pressure system. Then you can plumb you bathroom like any other bathroom in a house.

Do you have running water in the dwelling or is the pump your only water source?

I think you're going to have to fabricate something. Perhaps use the plunger linkage to control a ball valve that's hidden in the pump housing or even under the sink.

Fast and dirty drawing, but this is what I'm thinking.

Ayuh,..... That looks more like a Shower, than a faucet, dependin' on the pressure, 'n flow available,....

You'd need 2 psi, insteada 50 psi for that to work,....

You also need a way to mix hot and cold along with a pressure regulator like Bondo said. The ball valve will turn the water on and off, but too open will lead to Old Faithful in the bath.

Actually the easiest way to do it would be to mount hot and cold valves on the sink and pipe the output to a gutted pitcher pump....

There fixed it. The pitcher-matic mark II.

Patent pending.

I have way to much time on my hands today.

great drawing bill ..that might work ...the sink will be a vessel type a basin that will sit on a old dresser and i am thinking that i can mount the mixing valve in the wall behind and over the top of the basin the next big step will be to use a diamond hole saw to attempt to cut a hole for the drain in the ceramic basin ...wish me luck

Those pitcher pumps would not hold enough water to be self priming so without modification no part of it will hold water. Using it a a decorative spout only is the method to pursue.

It does have a certain mystique going for it.
