When you say "new", do you mean new to you, or new(as in nobody else has owned it)?
I ask because 15 Grand isn't going to buy much "new" boat if you're thinking about fiberglass. Heck, a new 115 motor costs nearly that much.
Suggest you visit the Tracker web site. Their Pro Team 175 TXW package(boat motor trailer ready to fish) lists for $15K. The smallest Nitro fiberglass(17ft) lists for $21,740 a Merc115 and trailer.
Their boats are as good as any, and come as complete packages, ready to go in the water.
