Plastic- non inflatable, inflatable looking boat?

I was wondering if anyone has ever seen this plastic looking, indestructable looking, style of boats before? I think something like this would be great especially if it were a self draining hull. I couldn't find anything like it on the web I seen this on a Tohatsu ad. It looks like they call it a Boss Boat 8.3.

I've never seen on of those in person. I'd think that a self bailing deck would be a little unstable in something that small.

I have seen a portabote though. I had no idea what it was at the time. If I'd have known I'd have flagged the guy down. They look pretty neat to me.
