SS,<br />My wife is an RN here in FL. She has seen the favoritism and jealousy that floods the work place. My wife decided to go back and get her BSN, and so far the hospital has been very accomadating. Have your wife keep a log about her requests to protect her and her boss. She may have to break the chain of command and ruffle some feathers, but if you have to go to work with anxiety everyday---Bull!! She should be able to work as a nurse tech until she passes her boards. If you like to travel, have her look at becoming a traveling nurse. Big Bucks.<br />Good luck.

We are planning to move 2 years later after she passes her board exam. This has been our goal pratically since we got married. It is just ashame that something like this being an obstacle. <br /><br />One of the major problems of any business is that 99% of the time, the immediate supervisor is backed. No matter what the circumstances are, it is always in favor of the supervisor. <br /><br />Reg (my wife) wrote a letter to her boss and gave a copy of it to the next higher up. She offered to work the hours that nobody wants. Mainly weekends, but for her school it will be worth it.<br />I'm hoping a praying everthing will end up in her favor with now bad feelings between those at her work place. <br /><br />Just stopped in for my daily dose of iboats and get some stuff for the boat. Now back to the lake until tomorrow........SS
