I have a 94 or 95 130 v4. Had no problems for a year up until a few weeks ago. Boat fires up at the ramp, idle out thru no wake zone, give it throttle runs like a champ. Once i shut down and crank back up, i cant get on plane. Motor shakes and sounds like its going to stall, all i can do is idle. The first time it happened i thought i had grass wrapped around prop, raised up the motor checked prop and nothing so i lowered gave it throttle and ran fine. Same problem next 2 times out so I pulled and replaced all 4 plugs and put a new fuel/ water seperator filter on, no water in the filter. Took it out the next day, cranked right up, ran better than ever, as expected with new plugs. Shut down made 5 casts the headed back to beat the rain and problem is back again, also noticed gas gauge shut off when poblem resurfaced. Anyone have any ideas. Thinking it possibly fuel filter, carbs, or something electrical.
