please help! Johnson outboard 20HP overheated and does not start anymore?

outboard overheated theres still spark and its not seized any ideas? gas is clean also
peehole was clogged i unclogged it

Get a compression gauge. Only way to tell.

May get back on the water with a new head gasket, torqued to spec. NAPA can probably provide/order a gasket, and perhaps lend a compression tester.

so my friend tested them and said there around 115 110 1 and 2 so is that not bad?

That should work. Resurface the head, and put on a new gasket. Have your bud retest after reassembly.

Okay so finally he misread the psi and they have 25 psi each

Yeah the compression was low so I pulled the head gonna replace the head gasket today and clean the cylinders
