Hi, I just bought a pontoon with a 1995 Mercury Tracker 4 cylinder 2 stroke engine serial # OG252917. Someone had removed the tilt/trim from it but the wiring, relays etc. are all still there.
I am having trouble identifing this motor, some said it was a Force and others say not. When I look up Tracker in the Mercury section I can't find Tracker mentioned so what do I call my motor? Which model is it?
My problem is I can't seem to find the correct tilt/trim for my motor. Does anyone know of a company or individual that may have a good used one. I really need one bad. I bought one from a guy from a Force but it won't fin into the bottom bracket.
