please help me with year of this engine

Hello, my dad just purchased this Johnson outboard motor and we are unsure of the year. If you could help that would be greatful. Model V4SL 12, serial number 2049092. It is a 75 HP if that helps. Thanks. I want to buy him a manual but need to know the year.

Can you give me the firing order of this engine? Also you said it was a 1960 then it said c/6 under that what does mean? Thanks.
