Please help.. something is clogged...

I have twin 1989 OMC Cobras. One engine began over heating after I ran shallow ground. I ran water throgh all the hoses sepratly, they seem to be fine! The impeller is good, but a clog somewhere won’t allow the water though at all.. hat and where do I check? Please help..

Check your MANUAL for where the raw water pickup is located, and see if its clogged - are you fresh water cooled or raw water cooled? if fresh water cooled, there could be sediment clogged in the heat exchanger - which is diagreammed in the manual!<br /><br />Good Luck
