Hi all,
I am new to this board and new to boats and motors. I know nothing about them but bought one recently. I have an inboard mercruiser v-4.
My question is...I was going to use this boat for the first time so I hooked up the muffs to the intake with a water hose to start the engine to make sure it all worked.
When I started the engine water came out right at the bottom of the motor right against the boat....don't know what it is called but it is a small little hole located on each side. Can anyone tell me is this normal..where is the water supposed to come out?
I know this is a dumb questions but I need to learn this stuff.
Thanks for your help.
