I am working on a Merc 35-hp model # 0A996742 I don't know what year it is, or anything about it.... Pls help me with the year... Also It runs ok at lower rpms but when I try to power it up it seems to sputter & run rough,, I think it is the top cylinder as I pull the spark plug wire off & there is no change at high rpms... but it has spark on both cylinders at slow rpms.. At least that's what I think?? I am not at all a Merc.. guy so any help ...would be great just trying to help a friend.... thanks.
