Pontoon Boat Floor Replacement?

I hope someone will be able to help me.
I have been given a pontoon boat, it looks like it is a project boat. I was told that the pontoons were off of another boat, and put on this one to add length. The deck/floor of the boat is aluminum panels (whole floor is not assembled). No furniture, only partial railings, 40 hp evinrude motor. I am attempting to make it lake ready. The flooring is not all the same aluminum or height(thickness), I would like to replace it all. Should I look for some aluminum sheeting to redo the whole boat floor in? I have read that people dont like aluminum floors b/c of the heat and noise. The flooring would be covered with carpet. Or should I go with treated plywood? Will this even be a worthwhile project? I have started to take the flooring up and need to know where to go from here.

Thanks

NO on the treated. The new PT eats aluminum. For a pontoon I think I'd go with marine ply.

so, I guess I can stop looking for sheet alunimum, and just go and buy me some marine ply. I aqm just wondering why not go back with aluminum instead of the marine ply? Thanks
