Concur, try running without and see what you think, if you absolutely have to have one you will more than likely end up retro fitting a new one, finding a windshield for a 15 year old boat might a be a chore.
Start with calling Grumman, they may have something that works but boats aren't like cars where you can just get any part for any boat any time you want.
Boat makers are generally small and can't warehouse alot of different parts.
