What's it worth?

I just retired and I'm looking for a pontoon boat for fishing, I don't know that much about them or what they are worth. I was hoping someone with more knowledge than me could tell what this one is worth. This one is listed with a price or obo, what should I offer?

Solid Deck, New Carpet & Vinyl 2 Years Ago, Garmon Color Fishfinder/GPS/ Bottom Sonar, 30 Gallon Fuel Tank, Live Well W/Pump To Circulate Fresh Water, Large Aluminum Top For Shade & Jumping Off Of To Swim, Swim Ladder, 10 Aluminum Rod Holders, 400 Watt Marine Stereo W/4 Speakers, LED Overhead Lighting, Under Bench LED Courtesy Lighting, 50" Front & 36" Rear LED Light Bars, 48 Foot Of Green Super Bright LED Light Strips For Night Fishing, LED Navigation & Anchor Lights,

Heavily dependent on your local market.... whats NADA say its worth in your market?

Probably about 15-20% less then owner wants for it and 10-15% more then you think would be a great deal......

Go to Facebook marketplace and see how many used pontoon boats are on the market. In my area (SE USA) there are hundreds. It will help you see many asking prices to calibrate your search. .... You might also make a list of "must have" features that you're willing to pay for. I wouldn't offer much for features I don't want/need (e.g., colored underwater LED lights). Give extra consideration to boats you can actually try out on the water. Extra horsepower is almost always a good thing.

I think it might be worth something if it's rigged in a manner you can use (night time spear fishing?). Otherwise, I would downgrade it for the motor, which is not particularly well known for it's ability to do well for hours of idling, and they're heavy. Way heavier than what you need for anything but skiing, and with no forward sides/handrails makes for a dicey setup for anything but fishing. Not something you would want to take younger kids out on. Not my idea of a good family boat, but that's me.
