If you have actual cracks in your toons, you have to pull those out to weld. I don't think you could count on any type of glue to hold together. Depending where your at you might be able to find a trailer to rent for a short while and take to someone who knows how to weld aluminum......make sure they know what they are doing. If they don't could be very scary!

Re: pontoon glue

Where exactly is it cracked, because aluminum will just continue to crack until it runs out of aluminum.

There is no glue that will stop that, it will continue to crack under whatever you put on it so it has to be welded.

If you brought it to my shop I would drill a small hole at the end of the crack to stop it then I would weld it, then air check and fix whatever you find, that is really the only way to get rid of a crack.

I have repaired hundreds of tubes in my time and that is the only way to do it and be sure it won't come back.
