Keep in mind the tubes are hollow and fairly thin aluminum and the only real strength for lifting is at a bulk head.
Probably best would be to lift the deck, you can't damage tubes if you aren't touching them and a bunk lift has to be big enough to support the boat.
Never seen a sling lift but that just sounds like a bad idea, lots of weight in a small area and unless it is directly on a bulk head you will start to callapse the tubes.
