I have a 99' Sugarsand w/175 xr2 sportjet. The boat runs great for first 45 min., then poor throttle response 1/4-3/4 throttle. Will plane out and run at full throttle fine, as soon as you pull back the throttle, the engine dies. Will restart with no problem. Recently changed plugs and fuel filter w/ no success. I'm leaning towards fuel or fuel pump problem, any help would be greatly appreciated.
