Poor running 8.1L

Hey all. I am new to this forum so please excuse my mistakes.
I own a 2005 Carver Yacht with twin 8.1L Volvo Penta engines. I have read several forums to try and figure out how to fix my problem which is
I can only get 3000 rpms from my port engine while my starboard gets 4000 rpms. To this date I have replaced my fuel pumps, fuel filter, spark plugs,
IAC valve, ECM, anti siphon valve, I have checked for water in tank which is good, I don't know what to go with next, I'm replacing my TPS sensor and
doing a compression test next.
Does anyone have any recommendations of what could be causing this issue. Please help

Moved this out of an old, inactive thread so you can get some help.

I can't help with your problem, but so far you've thrown money at it with new parts. I would hold off buying anything else and let the guys give some advice how proceed.

Have you had anyone pull codes from your motor? You may be in SLOW mode. I helped a guy the other day with his.
