Filled my portables today, and one of them has a leak. The swivel fitting where the gas line connects leaks where it goes into the tank. Can these be replaced or repaired? Thanks

Metal tank, plastic? Go to the manufacturer's web site and look up the parts list. It's likely that a gasket or o-ring can be replaced, or the entire withdrawal assembly is available.

Plastic, pulled the whole withdrawal assembly out of the tank without unscrewing it.

I doubt whether the tank deteriorated to that condition, thus is must have been defective from the start. Your tank needs to be replaced.

Just out of curiosity, who was the manufacturer?

(Now you can see why I only buy oem OMC metal tanks.)

Walmart has fitting pairs. Just unscrew the NPT pipe fitting at the tank and install the new one. Cut off the line fitting and insert the hose barb with the clamp. Be on your way.
