I started anothed thread about my pontoon project. This boat has two small platforms on the back that holds the fuel tanks. This keeps the tanks out of the way, but is a real PITA when fueling. These are the rectangular tanks with screw on vented caps. I am trying to find something that will thread onto the tank where the cap does, but with a fitting that I can connect a hose to and install a remote gas cap thag is accessible from the back seat. I could attach a fuel cap like normal inboard tanks have, just need something with female threads with a barbed fitting or something that I can attach a fill line to. Anyone ever done this, or have any ideas?

Mickey - Is she trailered or slipped?

One thing you could do is move the tanks under the rear bench seat.

I keeep it docked at the house. The tanks are too big to fit under the seats. Good idea but would rather keep them on tbe platforms.

I brought up the bench because I've not seen any type of coupling for a hose to a screw on cap . The only other thing i can think of is above deck tanks and the filler hose could be mounted on the rear wall.
