Not jigs but I have made sinkers but I have found it easier to purchase them rather than buy them. Aside from the health hazards I have two suggestions use a candle or some other method to coat the insides of your mold with carbon/soot and heat your mold so that when you pour in the lead it does not cool too fast and harden before your whole mold is filled.
Just for a bit of information on pouring lead. If it is done inside or you inhale the fumes too much, you will develop BELLS PALSEY. This will affect all the nerves in your face and is very dangerous.nevjb
