Power Head bolts Torque Specs: '90 200

I've got a '90 200 etxd in which im about to reattatch the power head back onto the midsection. My manual doesnt say anything about a torque spec for the 6-long bolts on the sides, or a 2-short front and rear bolts which screw into the head from the bottom. It only states loctite red should be used when reassmebling.

Is there a torque spec or do i just tighten all the way?
