Power Issue

Running 2 2006 Volvo Penta 5.0. while driving one shut down, no spit or spudder just turned off and would not restart. Have checked connections, tested all electrical for power, swithes, ignitions, fuses and swapped out relays with working engine with no luck. when key is turned The fuel pump is not priming no power going to pump... anyone have any ideas?

When you say there is no power to the pump have you checked with a meter or the pump just isn't coming on? Carb or injected?

yes he checked with a meter. Carb. after messing around with things, cleaning and checking all grounds it started like normal and ran for over 1/2 hour. We took it out and shut down again when we hit 3000rpms. At a loss. Pulling a code fuel pump circiut low. Any helpful ideas would be greatly apprecated
