i have a 97 mercury 200 carburated engine.
bogging down out of the shoot. takes 10+ seconds to plane with more than one person on the boat.
with three people have to use trim tabs to get on plane or have someone goto front.
but i have no problem with top speed. once on plane it runs just fine.
got a 100 hour tune up and still have problem.
any suggestions would be great

What pitch prop are you running?Too steep a pitch will cause same condition.Consider looking for carb linkage out of adjustment.Poster above asked important question.Did it recently begin this symptom or has it been this way since you've had rig?
