Ok, easy question for a lot of you:

I have a motor that is not firing on one cylinder (port lower), which I figured that out thanks to Silvertip and steelespike. I switched out the coil (have a spare parts motor) and It still didn't fire. I switched the coil with one that worked and it (the same cylinder from before) didnt work with the good coil.

Now my question is: shoudl i go ahead and replace the power pack? I have that spare one that is actually much newer, and in good shape. I dont knwo how hard it will be, but i think i can do it myself. I will only have to splice i think 2 or 3 wires... so what do you think? go for it? I plan to get started tommorrow morning... Thanks in advance
