power steering actuator

hello guys 1987 searay alpha one 5.7 engine, how do I remove the steering actuator any trick?, I already removed steering cable, top screw but the one in the bottom is kind of hard not space to put a ratchet, please advice, I need to replaced because one of the metal lines in the actuator is leaking.

release the lock tab and use a combination box wrench

For the bottom screw, I cut the ring section plus about 1" of the 'handle' off the right size spanner, then welded an old 1/2" drive socket to that handle. I can now use that as a type of 'crows foot', with a couple of 12" extensions and a ratchet handle, and loosen the bottom screw...
