Ok captains, i need your best tricks for tracking down an ATF leak. Really the difficulty is that the boat's a twin, so space is very tight. Other than the obvious "run it and look", which could be dangerous, do you have any tips on how to locate a leak? Do connections on the cooler go bad quickly? The fluid leaks into the boat, not out into the exhaust, and it loses about 1 quart in a couple hours...ouch. The connections i can see (ram, pump, etc.) look ok but since the hoses are black, it's hard to tell. Can you dye the fluid or anything like that? The darn cooler is buried under the motor, and i ain't sticking my head down there! lol Thanks!!
