Power Steering Pump Mercruiser 3.0 Leaks

I have a 1989 Mercruiser 3.0 with a leaking power steering pump(Older GM Style). Can I replace with an automotive type pump and if so does anyone have a model number. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Yup, take it to a parts store and the will get you a rebuilt

Ayuh,...........<br /><br />A Siginaw Pump is a Saginaw Pump.......<br /><br />The "Problem" is they Move the Ports,+ Mounting studs around.........<br /><br />Good Luck,..... finding the "Right" 1...........
