I just fixed the power steering pump on my 2004 Starcraft with a 3.0L Mercruiser and thanks to all the help from the post i have read here i figured it was only right that i put the info that i learned out there for evryone else. The poweer steering pump for a 2004 3.0L Mercruiser cost around $ 587.00 but you can get the same pump at your local parts store if you tell them you need one for a 1989 Dodge Dakota with a 3.9L V6 the Autozone part # is 6251
