Have bayliner 3255 avanti with twin mercruiser 6 cyl turbo diesels. Power steering is hynautic hydraulic with starboard engine power assist, (port engine has hydraulic pump but is not connected, just goes up its own arse). Problem is when full helm is applied (either port or starboard), power steering pump stops shreading belt. The pressure relief system is not working deadheading pump. Could anyone point me in right direction as access is not easy to steering ram so thought would ask about before diving in.
